Join our ambitious and creative marketing team as Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute an effective promoting strategy for one of our products: ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, and its Developers Program and Global Accounts. Together we’ll choose which one fits you the best!

You’ll also have a huge opportunity to coordinate marketing campaigns driven based on your ideas with great support from our CMO Szymon, Head of Product Marketing Rafal, and the whole Product Marketing Managers and Creative teams.
You will be:
Building distribution channels that drive demand;
Coordinating marketing campaigns to present our product’s value proposition and features to current and new potential customers;
Cooperating with creative teams of graphics designers, web developers, video editors, PPC and SEO specialists etc.;
Taking care of product messaging on the website, in email campaigns, PR activities, ads, and more;
Expanding online visibility by coordinating content strategy;
Researching customers’ needs and experiences;
Analyzing your efforts and creating optimization plans.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in working as a marketing specialist or similar;
Vast experience in online marketing strategies and coordinating marketing campaigns;
Understanding of the SaaS business model and the most important SaaS metrics;
Practical knowledge of tools for marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, and project management;
Ability and experience in drafting product websites with a focus on conversion rates;
"Get things done" attitude;
Great command of the English language - both written and spoken;
