About the role

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and partnering with product, sales, and other teams, the Product Marketing Manager will help execute key product launches that drive revenue, advance the brand, and bring Grovo’s cutting-edge learning technology to market.

The Product Marketing Manager will be expected to communicate product messaging across a variety of touchpoints, including grovo.com, sales collateral, and product demos. S/he will also be expected to help coordinate projects across a variety of marketing stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have excellent writing skills, strong organizational and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial work environment. Ideally, the candidate will have product marketing experience in learning and development and/or B2B SaaS, or relevant experience in the fields of consulting or advertising.

 

Your challenges

Within the next 12 months, the Product Marketing Manager will have:

  • Worked with art, product, and performance marketing teams to create compelling new product pages for Grovo.com that combine snappy copy and innovative, eye-catching visuals to drive interest in Grovo’s product offerings
  • Coordinated internal and external resources to build new multimedia product demos that showcase the engaging, feature-rich experiences Grovo’s learning platform offers customers
  • Created new collateral, including one-sheets, sales decks, and prospecting kits, to support Grovo’s dynamic sales team

  • Implemented a marketing calendar that coordinates quarterly product marketing activity across multiple departments, including product, marketing, sales, PR/communications, and business operations

 

Your background:

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years working in product marketing at a fast growing startup and/or a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (e.g., investment banking, consulting, advertising, etc.)
  • Previous experience writing long- and short-form marketing copy for a fast-paced marketing team or at a top-tier creative agency, particularly for digital or content marketing initiatives
  • Exceptional organizational skills, preference for those with hands-on experience working with project management tools like JIRA

  • Ability to translate technical information into compelling written and visual communication
