Product Marketing Manager

As part of the Marketing team, you will build awareness and adoption of Roomi's offerings. You’ll develop go-to-market vision, strategy and success metrics for new features and product marketing programs that scale. You’ll be a strategic partner to the product team, offering input on product direction, which is fast evolving, based not only on deep customer, product, competitor and market insights, but also on what makes Roomi uniquely different.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adapt with the changing requirements of the team and products, and help establish clear boundaries, deliverables and metrics for the role.


  • Own the go-to-market strategy and enable successful product and feature launches by working across teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering.
  • Conduct customer research to understand user needs and pain points around testing and deployment to generate user personas. Refine by collecting and analyzing ongoing quantitative and qualitative customer feedback.
  • Identify target markets and user segments.
  • Develop the positioning, messaging, and value proposition for new products and features.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our competitors and provide internal teams with competitive intelligence of their offerings.
  • Define measurable success. Own reporting and analysis for those success metrics. Drive for results and use data to measure progress.
