Job Responsibilities

  • Product GTM strategy, branding and positioning
  • Support the branding and positioning of a specific product line.
  • As a part of the core team articulating and defining the Product GTM (who, why, how, what) along with senior management in each of our target markets
  • Generate point-of-view about our product(s) & develop and enhance content about our products across various avenues
  • Market research and competitive intelligence
  • You will conduct research, build points of view, and collect crucial information on our competitors and their product stacks and disseminate the same within our organization
  • You will understand how end-consumers in different markets work with the product(s) that you own

Skills

  • Broad knowledge of the Digital Payments and Financial services space
  • Good understanding of our target audience and product stack
  • Engineering mindset with an ability to understand technical product details
  • Strong design sensibility & creative bent of mind
  • Strong business and technical acumen, problem-solving ability and and understanding of technology related to financial services and payment products
  • Good stakeholder relationship management skills – able to influence and manage the expectations of senior executives and others
  • Good networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both business, operations and technology teams internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Adaptable, approachable, open minded with a clear understanding of the business
  • High degree of integrity and ethical standards
  • Hands on individual with the ability to cope with a fast-paced work environment

Who should Apply

  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Previous experience with B2C Fintech startups preferred
