There are hundreds of thousands of tour & activity businesses (everything from skydiving to cooking classes, beer tours, or dune buggy rides) and we want every single one to use our online booking and reservation software called ZOZI AdvanceThat’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial B2B product marketer to help us grow our product into new, and sometimes quirky, verticals - ever heard of an Escape Room? With validated product/market fit, strong funding, and a top-shelf sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving ZOZI’s rapid growth. Your job will be to identify our best growth opportunities and execute scalable go-to-market programs. Ideal candidates are obsessed with understanding customer behavior in order to communicate product value and drive adoption. You’ll be reporting to our head of B2B Product Marketing.

What you'll do: 

  • Research, plan, and execute go-to-market strategy for new market adoption
  • Provide messaging and position support for products and new feature releases
  • Communicate product and feature needs to the product team obtained via sales/support requests, direct customer interviews, and trade show attendance
  • Understand the hearts and minds of our B2B customers (we call them merchants) to help drive insights and inspiration for our company
  • Support brand & product messaging/position across the organization
  • Manage and execute trade show strategies
  • Train our sales team on new products and features with the ability to clearly communicate value, customer use cases, and competitive positioning
  • Own ongoing competitive research and intelligence

Your Background: 

  • 3 - 5 years product marketing experience, SMB experience a strong plus
  • Experience bringing existing products into new markets
  • Able to communicate and explain product value simply and concisely - written and verbal
  • Detail oriented - proactively gets into the weeds to solve problems
  • Ability to communicate and work cross functionally with sales, product, account management, support, and finance
  • Customer focused with the ability to backup intuition with data
  • Data driven, ability to leverage data to drive strategy
  • Ability to thrive in high paced, complex environments
