About the Role

Product Operations Manager is a role within the Product team that facilitates the easy communication and sharing of resources between departments. It exists to deliver more value to our users faster, with several key focus areas: strengthening product feedback loops, streamlining operations, and scaling product knowledge across the organization.  

Overall, the Product Operations team is responsible for gathering insights and scoping out the business needs at the very beginning of the product development process, as well as at launch time, and working with their global Ops counterparts to execute launches and go-to-market strategy. This role will report to the Group Product Operations Manager.  

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop relationship with different zones to assure adoption to Bees Link;.
  • Establish weekly routines with the zones and gather information about market priorities and pain points about our services
  • Guide and manage governance across multiple zones;
  • Help implement, launch and support new Bees Link features in various markets.
  • Coordinate training, implementation, upgrades or similar between our technical team and local teams

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken) for calls, meetings and trainings; Spanish nice-to-have
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on decisions.
  • Ability to learn new methodologies, adapt to business needs, and to prioritize business goals.
  • Organized with the ability to work in a self-guided manner but knows when to ask for help.
