StreetTeam is hiring a

Product Operations Manager LA

Los Angeles, United States

Verve is building a global platform that enables advocates to sell the products they love to their friends, working in distributed product teams. As we grow, Verve is looking for a Support Manager based in the US to help us successfully rollout new products within our travel and pollen teams.

As well as rolling out products, this role also requires you to be hands-on and understand how our products operate in order to train the teams and troubleshoot any issues reported during US hours.

In your first 6 months you will:

  • Be a local champion and help with engagement in the US, understanding the problems that key teams - sales, account management, membership, operations and customer support are facing.
  • As we build and rollout new products and features, ensure the rollout is a success - internal teams are engaged and understand what the products are for, they know how to use them and there is documentation.
  • Be an expert in how our products work so that you are able to triage and possibly solve any issues that happen in US hours, or handover the support team in the UK.
  • As we acquire more travel companies, onboard them onto our software.
  • Run ongoing on-ground product training for all users of our travel software tools, regularly running training for new hires.
  • Work with Campaign Ops to ensure all campaign launches go smoothly, in particular resolving any issues with integrations.
  • Specifically the first few projects to work on:
    • Ensure the travel sales team understands and is using the new process for signing up new ambassadors through either Pollen or Verve. This might be through holding training sessions, documenting or 1-1 sessions
    • Be a key part of the team rolling out our new checkout, specifically taking responsibility for training internal teams, creating how-to guides and any other documentation that will be useful to achieve this.
    • Initially assisting with, but within 6 months organise and host regular demos to the travel team of all the new features tech have built and are building, making sure they are well attended and a valuable use of time
