Our Product Team plays a crucial role in continuously delivering new and improved features and functionality to our world-class products. In our pursuit to continuously raise the bar, we are now offering a great opportunity for a Product Operations Manager to join our world class Product Team.


We are looking for a PRODUCT OPERATIONS MANAGER to improve product team efficiency through leading operational projects within Inspectorio’s fast-scaling product environment.

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of product management best practices and has worked as a Product Manager, Agile Coach, Operations Manager or similar. They are obsessed with efficiency and are able to effectively identify, define and execute processes and systems for solving inefficiencies. They also have proven experience leading change management initiatives within a fast-scaling environment.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with Product leaders and key Product stakeholders to identify and deeply understand operational inefficiencies.
  • Define executable processes & systems to meet business requirements and address operational inefficiencies, and validate these in close collaboration with process stakeholders.
  • Own the execution of process updates and collaborate closely with process champions to ensure effective roll-out across stakeholder teams.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and systems and manage ongoing refinements & enhancements.
  • Own and execute additional ad-hoc projects in alignment with Product Ops’ roadmap and vision.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Operations Management or similar.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, Agile Coaching, Program Management, Operations Management or similar.
  • Obsession with driving efficiency through the implementation of effective systems and processes.
  • Analytical and process-oriented; able to identify operational inefficiencies and define executable solutions to address them.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within a scaling environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
