Wrike is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Product Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by driving our training and development initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact 

Content Review & Creation:

  • Create and update training materials: presentations, instructions and guides, practical exercises, session outlines and scripts, etc.
  • Manage learning plans in LMS.

Product Training Onboarding:

  • Train GTM new hires on how to use and position the product, its features and functionalities.
  • Evaluate trainees' success, and measure training effectiveness.

Value-Based ILT Sessions:

  • Deliver engaging, value-based training sessions for customers.

GTM New Product Release Trainings:

  • Host weekly training for new product releases in partnership with the product team.
  • Create content for and deliver product training sessions for clients and new hires.
  • Coordinate the new hires during their onboarding process, and serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
  • Review and assess the assignments of trainees.
  • Collaborate with the product team to facilitate weekly product release training sessions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of learning plans in LMS, and update training materials.
  • Create content for e-learning courses.

You'll achieve your best if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product training.
  • Ability to describe technical concepts in a learner-friendly way. 
  • Ability to create effective training materials.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

You'll stand out with:

  • Experience with Docebo LMS or any other learning management platforms.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles.
  • Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of Wrike products.
