Internship Overview:

As the Production Intern, you will be immediately immersed into our fast paced, high-energy environment. You will assist the Producer with all aspects of photo and video shoot production. From supporting day-to-day operations, to managing your own individual projects, to working collaboratively with teammates, this experience will expose you to the creative operations of one NYC's most innovative start-ups. This is an ideal position for someone who is eager to gain experience in photo and video production / fashion. It is important that you can balance business and creativity to ensure success within this position.

Qualities of a strong candidate include but are not limited to the ability to think on your toes, problem solve, work with a sense of urgency, a self starter, strong written and verbal communication skills, team player and careful attention to detail.


  • Assist with budget, timelines and scheduling
  • Coordinate model castings and communication with agents
  • Ensure the needs of crew and talent are met while on set; run errands
  • Manage shoot equipment
  • Research various locations for shoots and assist on scouts
  • Orchestrate scheduling between internal teams and shoot crews to produce call sheets and ROS
  • Create invoices
  • Liaison between Producer and vendors
  • Be present and attentive while on set
  • Help to execute all shoots to fullest potential


  • Currently enrolled in a 4-Year college
  • Have a strong eagerness to learn and contribute
  • Strong communication skills - written & verbal
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must be a scrappy self-starter who knows how to prioritize and take ownership without a lot of structure or guidance
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
