As the Production Manager for our Studio department based at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham, you'll be responsible for managing the artwork production process for a range of collateral, from brief to print. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced production manager to make an impact by providing first-class customer service and exceptional results every time.
Where does this role fit in?
- You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, working closely with the account team to pre-qualify customer briefs, collate assets, plan and brief production, review and approve artwork assets, and ensure timely dispatch of deliverables.
- From pre-production to CPA management, resource management, briefing, quality control and approval, file release, and process improvement, you'll be responsible for the full process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all assets.
