In this role you will, externally provide credentialing services to the Louisiana health care community for the purpose of ensuring the best possible patient care to those in need. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities


A day in the life:

  • Speaking with and assisting health care providers relating to the CheckMedic MedPass application and support
  • Working with internal Verisys teams to ensure collaboration
  • Working with outside agencies to verify data and ensure data accuracy and timely return
  • Provide prompt, yet exceptional support in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, as well as Provider satisfaction.
  • Be able to make sound decisions while considering the needs of both the Provider and organization
  • Ability to work independently as a part of a larger team
  • Involved with all aspects of Provider services, including solving problems, answering questions and working to ensure exceptional service
  • Have fun in an awesome environment with some of the coolest teams, and technology

  • Ability to create and deliver the best Provider experience possible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and using your time efficiently
  • Empathy to provider concerns and ability to display sincere desire to find a resolution
  • Ability to meet attendance guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work through and understand the details to arrive at solutions

Position Requires:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check

Not required but would love to see:

  • Call center experience a plus
  • Experience in Health care or related industry
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
