Role: Supervisor - Digital Print

Location: Warrington/Manchester

Please note this role will initially be based at our Warrington site (WA5 3TP), with relocation to our Manchester site (M90 1QX) after approximately 3-4 months. You will need to have transport to get to both sites.

We are looking for creative, innovative, and resourceful Digital Print Supervisors for our Print on Demand team.

Main Activities/Tasks

To be an attentive supervisor to an ever-growing digital production team. Our Digital Print Supervisor will work across different methods of production including DTG printing and sublimation printing. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the printers are hitting their daily capacities, and maintaining healthy stock levels. Working closely with the team to maximise production while maintaining excellent quality across all areas of production.


To be considered for this role you should have the following:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Can follow set safety procedures
  • Can work collaboratively in a team
  • Willing to work 12 hour shifts
  • Transport to get to both our Warrington site (WA5) and our Manchester site (M90)
  • Previous experience in Digital Print an advantage
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop and digital print
  • Previous experience managing/supervising teams (required)

You should be willing to work on a fixed front end / back end shift as follows (same days or nights each week):

Front end days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alternate Wednesdays. 6AM - 6PM


Front end nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alternate Wednesdays 6PM - 6AM

Back end days: Alternate Wednesdays, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 6AM - 6PM


Back end nights: Alternate Wednesdays, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6PM - 6AM
