Tech at Jupiter
Jupiter is a Tech-first company with high ownership and extreme customer centricity. We build several products across multi-business lines such as banking, payments, investments and lending. Our team consists of Mobile, Platform, Data and ML Engineers, Data scientists, Data Analysts & Data annotators. We use machine learning, AI and behavioural science to build world-class banking experience for our customers.
The Production Support Engineer will be primarily responsible for triaging the issues reported by the end customers of Jupiter using their technical expertise and to ensure the same are resolved in a timely manner. At Jupiter, we consider the financial experience to be central to the overall experience of our customers. When we do our job well, customers are able to smoothly perform the financial transactions and achieve financial wellness via Jupiter. Jupiter is beloved by customers for the simplicity of our UI, our cutting edge financial offering, and our focus on customer experience. The Customer Engineering team is the glue that supports our developers and champions customer experience as part of the overall financial experience.
Deliver a comprehensive technical experience for customers using Jupiter.
Triage issues raised by the customer success team.
Identify bugs and work on fixing them.
Identify patterns and work with cross functional stakeholders to get them fixed.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Create SOPs for the customer success team for them to resolve the customer issues.
Create internal tools and dashboards to monitor key technical metrics.
Identify product & technical gaps and suggest improvements.
Define, implement, and monitor key metrics that ensure the future sustainability and quality of the customer experience.
Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of deliverables.
Working closely with product and engineering managers on common goals to achieve best in the class customer and financial experience.
4+ years of Technical experience in building and enhancing products/systems.
Background in software development in one or more programming languages, preferably Java/Kotlin/ReactTrack .
Record in successfully delivering complex, cross functional technology solutions.
You have Strong quantitative, analytical, and Problem Solving skills.
You give attention to detail and are able to debug complex technical problems.
Experience in API driven products is a big plus.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and listening skills.
You lead by example, by setting the right context, and by helping teammates do their best work.
