Responsibilities:

•Establish client relationships and lead the coordination of high-visibility and complex Professional Services projects, including but not limited to discovery, resource coordination, and the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs). 
•Ensure the Services revenue targets are met by managing and maintaining the backlog and working closely with Account Executive teams in achieving Services bookings targets
•Accurately forecast and work closely with Finance and Accounting teams in reconciling forecasted vs recognized actuals 
•Serve as the primary point of contact for Professional Services engagements from initial development through implementation
•Gather requirements and create detailed project plans that are well defined and clearly documented for all project stakeholders 
•Exercise independent judgment and be accountable for client project delivery and overall client satisfaction, including the management of any project dependencies or risks
•Facilitate retrospective meetings as needed for each project under your supervision
•Work proactively to eliminate or overcome blockers that may obstruct the successful completion of projects 
•Serve as a subject matter expert with knowledge of key services, operational policies, processes, and methodologies available to MeridianLink customers
•Work collaboratively with various cross functional teams including Technical Support, Product Management, Product Development, and Sales
•Lead team(s) of remote professional services delivery consultants and project managers across various time zones to deliver great customer experiences
•Be responsible for presenting KPI metrics associated with team management, including utilization and delivery quality to various stakeholders
•Assign resources as needed to all incoming Professional Services projects 
•Identify areas of need within the PSO with regard to capacity planning, support, or adoption of tools
•Coach, mentor, and train team members
•Serve as the primary contact for onboarding of new hires 
•Create and document both internal and external processes that drive CSAT, and ROI for MeridianLink 
•Drive and socialize professional services strategy for internal and external stakeholder
•Contribute to initiatives pertaining to the development of professional services products via cross-functional collaboration 

Required Skills:

•Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience
•5+ years of project management experience with complex projects
•Functional understanding of project delivery and process improvement methodologies 
•Client-focused and passionate about delivering a world class services experience 
•Organizational leadership with demonstrated success in implementing new processes, initiatives, etc. within and beyond your immediate team 
•Strong interpersonal skills required for effective team management and customer communications
•Experience with workflow management tools including Salesforce
•Experience with Microsoft Excel
•Detail-oriented with strong sense of ownership and analytical skills 
•Adaptive to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with the ability to work independently as needed 
•Ability to integrate experiences and training with an aptitude for learning about new technologies, processes, etc. 
•Certified Scrum Master/PMP Certification/other industry certification preferred but not required

MeridianLink runs a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of our offer process. 

Salary range of $125,000 - $177,600. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
