Program Manager - Marketing

London, United Kingdom

Marketing Program Manager

Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join our Marketing & Growth team and bring clarity, efficiency and transparency to our entire range of marketing projects.

At DICE, you’ll be part of the company that’s redefining live entertainment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of.

About the role

Our newly formed marketing function is in the process of super-charging DICE’s already explosive growth in the world of live entertainment. As we build, test and learn across multiple channels, we need an experienced Marketing Program Manager to take the reins on these exciting and impactful projects and ensure that each one is taken from idea to delivery in the most effective way possible.

You’ll be

  • Establishing and managing the operating rhythm of the Marketing and Creative teams, including communication structures, project management tools, project templates, meeting cadence and review forums.
  • Serving as the go-to liaison with cross-functional partners with the ability to make strategic recommendations and identify efficiencies across multiple marketing programs.
  • Driving successful implementation by aligning and influencing relevant stakeholders across teams and markets including defining scope, briefs, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
  • Providing up-to-date visibility into current projects, resource utilisation, team performance and project health.
  • Facilitating regular Marketing project status and creative review meetings, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved, understanding dependencies, documenting decisions and action items, and following up with owners on commitments.
  • Balancing competing priorities and adjusting resources as necessary.
  • Staying closely connected to Product squads to align Marketing & Growth programs with Product roadmap.
  • Upholding standards and best practices, ensuring the proper processes are applied.

You are

  • Passionate, humble and talented.
  • A fan of music and culture.
  • Actively responsible.
  • Authoritative and collaborative in equal measure.
  • Level-headed.
  • Strategically minded.

You’ll need

  • A deep understanding of cross-functional marketing organisations or agencies.
  • Extensive Marketing or Creative Program Management experience across a variety of media including print, advertising, social, digital ads, and digital product.
  • A demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions – to take a vague problem, identify a path forward, and drive a solution over the finish-line.
  • Track record of managing and launching impactful marketing initiatives for a large brand or agency.
  • Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence business leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record successfully managing ambitious and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of and appreciation for the creative process.
