WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Project Lead, you will support the Platform Operations and help drive operational execution. This role will focus on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Platform Operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining data integrity across various initiatives. The Project Lead will play a key role in coordinating and organizing multiple projects, ensuring clear visibility and accountability across teams, and using essential tools like Jira, GSuite, Incident.io, and Google Sheets to support these functions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Project Coordination:
- Organize and track the progress of operational projects, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
Retrospective Management:
- Assist in assigning tasks to team members and monitoring their progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of retrospective follow-ups, using Jira and Incident Management tooling.
Incident Data Management:
- Maintain incident data integrity and support metrics tracking for incident response, utilizing Incident management tooling and BI tooling for dashboards.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes.
- Collaborate with team members to perform quality checks on project outputs.
Administrative Support:
- Handle recurring administrative tasks, such as organizing and analyzing survey data using Google Forms and Google Sheets.
Metrics & Dashboards:
- Develop and manage dashboards to track key performance metrics for engineering teams, using Google Sheets and tools such as Sigma.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, issues, and risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in a centralized repository.
Requirements

YOU HAVE…
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management, operations coordination, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and project management experience, especially in coordinating cross-functional teams and initiatives
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and ensuring progress tracking and accountability
- Understanding of project management methodologies and principles
- Experience with Incident.io or similar incident management tooling is a plus
- Proficiency with project management software Jira and Google Suite (i.e. Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs) for task management and data handling
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards and automate workflows
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing project requirements
NICE TO HAVE…
- Knowledge of Sigma or similar data analysis tools for financial and operational reporting.
- Direct experience supporting operational functions or incident management processes in a tech environment preferred.
