About the role:

As a Project Manager / Scrum-master, you will drive projects for our Credit Card business. You enjoy taking responsibility for aligning planning, execution and process improvement. You have a track record of successful partnerships between Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Design and other key groups like Customer Support and Production Support. You love nothing better than a beautiful product launch: high quality, on time and within budget.

You have successfully executed in an agile environment and have an eye for improving project outcomes through process change. You’ll run daily scrums and other meetings, identify blockers and other risks, communicate when things are not going as planned.

You are a power user of JIRA and Confluence and ideally know Chartio, MixPanel, another measurement tools.

You ideally have executed the above in a financial services environment or other regulated industry such as healthcare.

You have:

  • 5 years experience shipping customer-facing products in a regulated industry.
  • 3-5 years experience working in an agile environment as scrum master.
  • Strong communication skills, with comfort at all levels across the organization.
  • Technical aptitude. We won’t make you code, but you’ll be immersed in engineering and expected to learn and understand details.
  • Expertise with daily use of agile project management tools.
  • Experience in product development process review and redesign is a major plus.
  • Financial Services experience is a plus.
  • Ability to drive a team of smart, top notch engineers, designers and product managers.
