Project Manager, Strategic Operations

We are seeking an Strategic Operations Project Manager to join our team.

The Strategic Operations Project Manager will be responsible for managing Intersection internal projects and providing Strategic Initiative program management support. The ideal candidates will have experience in multiple IT disciplines, strategic planning, and extensive project management experience.

Strategic Operations Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Strategic initiative program management with the impacted Business Units and Shared Services teams.
  • Compile strategic initiative communications and status reporting including KPIs, milestones, risks, budget, and change management.
  • Facilitate Intersection project program reviews that provide health, costs and risks management.
  • Provide project management support for Operations strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Provide project management support for Intersection internal projects.
  • Provide Intersection Program Management/PMO support as needed, focus areas may include:
    • Collaborate with members of the organization to proactively identify and implement process improvements
    • Assist with compilation and distribution of project and utilization related reports, and presentations.
    • Assist with project forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
    • Work with operations to evaluate and implement new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
    • Partner with teams to design, implement and facilitate project management related communications and training for new and existing tools, initiatives and processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven project management skills, including Project Management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
  • Team player who is comfortable under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams of technical professionals.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
