Q is looking for a Lead for the Platform Growth team. This Lead will help lead growth initiatives to serve our office clients with the tools that they need to run their offices.  This is a cross-functional position that will oversee the growth of Q Platform’s business between category managers, sales, marketing, account managers, and city teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee growth functions of The Q Platform team and ensure P&L targets across categories and cities are met
  • Partner with Category Managers and city leads to creatively develop unique sales and marketing campaigns on a category, service, city-level  
  • Ensure seamless execution by coordinating efforts across category managers, sales, marketing, account managers, and local cities to focus growth efforts
  • Support Category Managers on how best to think about growth in their verticals
  • Develop segmentation analysis with category and marketing teams to drive targeted outreach
  • Balance growth between new customer acquisition and existing customer cross/up-selling
  • Report to the VP of Platform to strategize the direction of the software

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years in B2B growth (sales and marketing) with proven track record of managing growth against target goals
  • Demonstrated experience scaling growth to demand in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment
  • Experience working in a high-velocity, cross-functional role across sales, marketing, operations, data and product
  • Product growth techniques and online sku merchandising strongly preferred
  • MBA and start-up experience highly preferred
