We are growing our R&D team to support the recipe innovation process and for creative development of high-quality menus that will delight our customers. The R&D Chef will be integral in the development of recipes that work with Sprig’s scale and delivery model.
As part of the innovation process, this position will be responsible for continuously driving improvements that will contribute to Sprig’s overall quality, operations efficiency, and profitability.
R&D at Sprig is a hands-on cooking position that will require an immense cooking background, technical aptitude, and professional depth. This position goes beyond editorial-style recipe testing.
