You are an experienced marketing and sales coordinator who wants to join a small and dedicated team of passionate technology innovators who are trying to solve a really big challenge – radically improving the process of buying and selling real estate for all stakeholders.
You truly understand the listing and marketing process start-to-finish cold, but more importantly, you understand agent and broker mindset. You have supported great agents and teams over the past few years, and successfully increased their lead pipeline and ultimate sales. You understand the technological challenges that agents face, and are passionate about introducing and integrating simpler and more elegant solutions to let agents focus on what they do best.
You are a social media native, and feel equally comfortable handling both short and long term marketing campaigns. You enjoydeveloping brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and cultivating new leads and sales. You have the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary in various areas of responsibility, such as content development, creation, editing, and online reputation management.

Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts and lead generation
Support management in introducing new technologies to agents and work closely with agents to obtain real-time feedback and make constant improvements
Support management in new agent recruitment
Sales and Listing (50%)
Assist in management of CRM database
Assist in all aspects of transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement, letter of intent to lease or lease agreement
Assist in preparation all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, listing agreement, disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old listings etc.
Assist in preparing proposals, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases, lease abstracts, and lease renewal agreements
Assist in consultation and coordination with client on all items on client checklist (e.g. floor plans, property photos, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities)
Assist in coordination of showings and obtain feedback
Assist in providing proactive monthly feedback to clients regarding all showings and marketing activities
Assist in input all listing information into listing and marketing websites, and update as needed
Support coordination and preparation of all listing flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials such as websites, advertisements, press releases, e-mail campaigns and direct mailers
Support management and update of online presence
Support social media programs, and assist in managing of social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day social activities, including creating, curating, and managing relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers
Support tracking and coordination of all inbound leads from websites, social media and other online sources
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
NY Real Estate License a plus
1+ years of experience in real estate listing/sales coordination, with proven record of supporting agents and increasing sales results
Solid understanding of common real estate tools (including CRM, Dialers, LeadGen platforms, etc.), and ability and zeal to quickly learn new ones
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and graphs, and respective use cases (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Working knowledge of principles of SEO, including keyword research
Advanced knowledge of experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Apps
