We move freight daily between LA and Phoenix using our purpose built transfer hubs. This is an incredibly exciting time for autonomous driving and our team is looking to grow.
We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist to take on clerical duties at Embark’s San Francisco headquarters. We are confident this receptionist will support and reinforce our value of safety, specifically through our procedures for COVID-19. Hours are flexible, but would ideally be Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. This will be a temporary position through 2020, with possibility of extension.
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
Front Desk Duties: answering the door, sorting, scanning, and sending mail, receiving and sending packages
Kitchen Duties: ordering snacks, stocking, organizing, and emptying the fridges, stocking towels, cleaning up the kitchen area, loading/unloading the dishwasher
General Errands: general cleaning (glass, dusting, erasing whiteboards/magic eraser walls, detail work, taking out garbage, etc.), restocking bathrooms, answering employee questions about going into the office, coordinating contract janitorial staff and other vendors
