Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and detail oriented front office administrative assistant who will answer phones, greet guests and maintain a smoothly running office environment. In addition, this person will handle detailed administrative tasks.

This person should have worked in a professional office environment doing similar work. Previous experience in the software industry is preferred but not required. This person should also have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to take immediate ownership of his/her work. Ability to "wear multiple hats" and "juggle" tasks a plus.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Answer and direct all incoming calls      
Assist Office Manager and other staff with work overflow
Keep track of recruiting calendars/activity        
Greet Candidate and guest as they arrive
Oversee interview times and make sure they are on schedule
Set Video Conferencing equipment up and ensure it runs properly
Debrief Candidate as they depart and ensure they have transportation
Ensure Candidate has a positive experience at NEXTEV
Facilitate and assist cross functional teams if issues ensue, (i.e. logistical changes, cancellations, etc.
Utilize strong communication skills to interact with the candidate, recruiting coordinators, and interviewers
