Mamamia is looking for an awesome receptionist to join the team.

As the ‘face’ of Mamamia, you will be responsible for manning our front desk and providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

This role is perfect for someone looking to work in a vibrant and collaborative workplace where no two days are the same!

About the role

  • Reception duties; answering and directing calls, greeting clients and visitors
  • Distribution of mail, ordering stationery and office supplies and liaising with couriers
  • Organising internal office events; birthday celebrations, all staff addresses, functions and assisting with client events where necessary
  • Maintain communication with our Melbourne and Brisbane offices
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership team where required
  • Maintain presentation of the office and all common areas


About you

  • Experience in a customer service role is desirable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and can do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • A confident and professional communicator
