The Role

The Recruiter will own the full recruitment life cycle for multiple technical & operational teams including everything from passive outreach, screening active candidates, and extending offers. This position will report to the Senior People Operations Manager and work closely with hiring managers and department heads to define roles and responsibilities as well as attract and recruit top talent. 


This person should have a strong network and has proven success sourcing candidates across different functions and levels. The Recruiter will need to have excellent time management skills and be able to switch from high volume operations recruiting to technical sourcing consistently and as business needs change. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, project manager and eager to support the broader people team.



  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates for roles within the Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue, Strategy, and Operations departments
  • Manage a high volume recurring hourly funnel and coordinate interviews on site at each Nabis location based on our staffing model
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for roles from start to finish, including, but not limited to: 
    • Managing inbound applications, referrals, and sourcing of passive talent using creative sourcing methods
    • Building and maintaining interview paths 
    • Updating search strategy to meet hiring needs
    • Lead recurring update meetings with hiring teams
    • Regularly communicate status updates on all open roles
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers regarding either next steps or rejections
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and their team's hiring needs 
  • Follow and help improve all Nabis Hiring SOPs to maintain a positive interviewer and candidate experience
  • Partner with the Senior People Operations Manager and VP of People to understand business goals to anticipate organizational changes and hiring needs, and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Closely partner with the People Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process, and assist with ad-hoc tasks for the People Team, including onboarding team members
  • Conduct background screenings and reference checks, and create and send all offer letters to chosen candidates



  • 2-4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 1 year of agency recruiting; Experience with hyper-growth startup clients is a plus
  • A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, outstanding service to internal and external candidates and employees
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion, and experience working with aspirational top-of-funnel goals to increase the diversity of our pipeline
  • Interest in developing processes and initiatives that improve recruiting and retention at Nabis
  • Openness to jumping in wherever there’s a need — including helping with non-recruiting priorities to support the People Team
  • Creative approach to finding the best talent and a proven track record sourcing talent
  • Ability to seek out, engage, and nurture relationships with a diverse group of top-talent
  • A deep understanding of technology, engineering vernacular, tech stacks, and the broader tech industry
  • Experience with new hire contracts and salary negotiations
