Role Description:
As our non-technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving Quartet’s human capital growth. You will develop and execute strategies to find and attract top talent across a broad range of functional areas and seniority levels. In addition, you will help maintain a strong company culture and develop recruiting processes as we scale. You are passionate about bringing in exceptional talent to drive change within an underserved segment of the healthcare industry.


  • Work closely with key Quartet leaders to identify hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
  • Actively source to find talent to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain positive relationships and build networks within healthcare and technology circles
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from identification through offer
  • Plan and attend recruiting events and informal Meetups
  • Develop new process to ensure a consistently exceptional candidate experience
  • Empower interviewers and managers to use structured interview techniques to vet candidates effectively
  • Utilize applicant-tracking system to help manage candidate pipeline


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years experience working within a startup that has scaled or large technology company
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills in order to understand fit and develop appropriate recruiting strategy
  • Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers
  • High level of integrity with a passion for startup environments and challenges
  • Well connected to NYC talent landscape with an existing network of strong candidates
  • Proficient with Google apps and comfortable with applicant tracking systems
