Job Title: HR and Recruiting Leader
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR and Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while providing support for HR operations. As an HR and Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying job requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing support for employee training and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing job offers.
- Work with hiring managers to identify job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, including scheduling and preparing interviewers.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process and coordinate job offers with hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure all hiring decisions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain our HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and legally compliant.
- Address employee relations issues and provide support for employee training and development.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with pay (payroll, bonus, commission, etc) management and completion.
- Lead and manage benefit relationships, open enrollment, and vendor selections.
- Lead and manage performance review cycles including evaluation criteria, timelines, and overall process.
- Passionate about a diverse workforce and employee remote work options.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR policies and procedures.
- Experience using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience managing employee relations issues.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
