About the role:

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting & People Operations team in San Francisco.  You’ll be supporting the Recruiting team along with multiple hiring teams.  You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

In this role, you will be working closely with hiring managers as well as candidates to develop a lasting positive impression throughout the interview process.  You will be the person who guides candidates through our hiring process by scheduling interviews, welcoming them in the office, and someone who has the ability to create an awesome candidate experience - no matter the outcome.  This person will thrive in a small, fast-paced environment and love to learn.

You will

  • Schedule interviews on behalf of recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Provide support to candidates as needed, including guidance through upcoming interviews, greeting, ensuring lunch is provided (if applicable) and ensuring onsites go smoothly
  • Assist with candidate tracking from outreach to offer
  • Assist with training current employees on recruiting tools and processes
  • Help plan dynamic recruiting events, both off-site and in the office
  • Maintain regularly reporting and complete ad-hoc reporting requests

About You:

  • 6+ months previous experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar management
  • Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload
  • Great at working with and managing multiple personalities
  • Incredibly organized, with a superb attention to detail
  • Willing and able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
  • Creative when problem-solving
  • An excellent verbal & written communicator, who is a team player and is able to maintain a friendly and professional tone
  • Anticipates needs before they arise
  • Experience producing in-depth reports/analytics
  • Associate degree in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
