Recruiting Coordinator (Full Time Contractor)

Description

Nerdy is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator based in South America to join our corporate recruiting team and help with our accelerated hiring goals and recruitment projects. The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily help coordinate and streamline candidate scheduling (manager interviews, loop interviews, debriefs) and also assist with general pipeline management for several positions in Software Engineering, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and more. As such, the individual in this role needs to be highly organized, exhibit a strong bias for action, have high high attention to detail, and be able to effectively work across multiple systems and platforms. The Recruitment Coordinator will also help with candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing (PR/social media initiatives, careers page content, job ads), and other recruitment projects that will lead to increased candidate engagement and great hires for Nerdy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with scheduling technologies/software, applicant tracking systems, and job posting platforms is preferred
  • Experience with social media marketing, copywriting, and/or content creation
  • Exceptional interpersonal,  verbal communication, and writing skills
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve sourcing and hiring goals and other assigned objectives
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and streamline the scheduling of candidate interviews for multiple job openings
  • Source for highly-qualified candidates in software engineering, product, data science, marketing, design, sales, and more
  • Help update, post and manage job postings and job ads across the country and on multiple platforms
  • Create and manage effective recruitment marketing campaigns (Linkedin, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc)
  • Help with some web page maintenance/updates and generate new engaging content
  • Assist with other recruitment projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
