Recruiting Coordinator

ipsy is quickly building the world’s largest, healthiest and most engaged beauty community. We are looking for a rock star candidate to be our Recruiting Coordinator, who will schedule interviews, arrange travel, greet candidates, and create a positive candidate experience. This role will be crucial in scheduling phone screens and onsites for all departments in San Mateo, Santa Monica, and New York City.  This role reports to the Head of People and Impact and works out of ipsy’s San Mateo office.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule phone screens and onsite interviews for candidates across multiple teams in each of our offices using Jobvite
  • Arrange travel for candidates flying to our offices for onsites
  • Act as the face of ipsy and assist with managing interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage a high volume of scheduling while handling high priority meetings
  • Act as the main contact for all coordinating matters with agencies, employees, and executives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year as a Recruiting Coordinator. Experience working cross functionally with multiple recruiters and departments at a fast growing startup
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, text message and in-person
  • Proven ability to meet goals and assigned deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies
  • Willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Proficiency with Jobvite preferred
