About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ramp, you view the world through a lens of a delightful candidate and client experience. You are excited at the opportunity to build a company from the ground up and the impact that comes with critical early hiring. You will arrange complex interview schedules and leverage existing recruiting tools and practices while exploring for opportunities to continuously improve our processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide a high touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process as we build a world-class team
  • Act as the primary contact during phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Develop collaborative relationships with all team members and hiring managers 
  • Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Greenhouse) and scheduling tools for automation

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 1 year of scheduling/coordination or in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
  • Experience with GSuite, applicant tracking systems and scheduling software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
  • Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university
