Our Recruiting Lead will be responsible for hiring the people who will help shape both our products and our company. You will work directly with the founders to find the best and brightest candidates. This is a creative opportunity to show off your recruiting skills and influence the direction and culture of our business.


  • Lead the full recruiting cycle for open positions across sales, marketing, editorial, operations, production and engineering
  • Source candidates and get them excited about Sweety High
  • Ensure all candidates have an amazing interview experience
  • Act as an advocate for both the company and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Establish critical hiring criteria and write briefs with pros, cons and recommendations around candidates in-process
  • Track, maintain and improve recruitment metrics
  • Assist in developing Sweety High Employment Branding
  • On-boarding new employees


  • Experienced, 7+ years in recruiting roles in media, tech or advertising
  • Ability to hire employees from entry level to C level
  • Deep understanding of networking tools with solid industry relationships
  • Proven track record with closing meaningful candidates
  • Confidence, strong communication skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates and senior leaders within the organization
  • Passionate about Sweety High and our mission
  • Devoted to making sure all candidates have a great interviewing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make things happen in an energetic environment
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (like Greenhouse)
