Position Summary: Recruiting Manager

Evercar is experiencing meteoric growth — Recruiting is critical to finding awesome team members who want to join a fast growing Silicon Beach company making a difference. As Recruiting Manager you’ll be responsible for executing the initiatives that power Evercar’s talent pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Evercar leaders to develop recruitment strategies and execute programs that attract and retain diverse top candidates
  • Lead prospecting and sourcing with tools such as Entelo and LinkedIn
  • Conduct resume, phone, and live screens of prospective candidates
  • Manage Evercar’s talent CRM system (Greenhouse)
  • Improve and evolve the lifecycle recruitment process (candidate sourcing, assessments, interviewing, hiring practices, effective advertising, and outreach) to effectively fill positions
  • Develop appropriate metrics to drive accountability, measure results, and optimize the impact of recruiting

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High level of customer orientation and interest in making the recruiting experience the best it can be
  • Problem solving - you identify and resolve problems analytically and quickly
  • Interpersonal, oral and written communications skills to build relationships, influence, and engage
  • Self directed, using your time efficiently, and constantly seek opportunities for improvement
  • BA/BS minimum
  • At least 2 years experience desired
