The Position:

    As Recruiting Manager you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for the company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as managing the recruiting team. Some specific responsibilities may include:
  • Setting recruiting goals and targets, and developing a plan to achieve them.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Leading the recruitment process.
  • Developing and implementing a compensation plan for the recruiting and sourcing team.
  • Create and implement OKRs to evaluate the recruiting and sourcing team.
  • Design and help implement KPI dashboards to track critical performance metrics.
  • Ability to use KPIs to make meaningful decisions and changes based on the analysis of data.
  • Managing and mentoring the recruiting team, including setting goals and performance expectations, providing feedback and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and implementing new strategies as appropriate.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Staffing, HR, and Marketing, to develop and execute employee branding and employer value proposition initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT recruiting.
  • Experience in leading teams of at least 5 people.
  • Knowledge of the IT market, both development professionals and business profiles.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Technical background is a plus.
