Pinterest’s Recruiting Operations & Enablement team is responsible for empowering the Recruiting team to hire the very best talent in the market today. We do this through elevating our talent brand, developing effective processes, and creating a world class candidate experience that will set us apart from the competition.

We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to own the generation of mission critical hiring contracts that allow us to employ talent outside of the United States. This includes everything from fielding requests to generate international hiring contracts, producing the contracts in accordance to local legal requirements, to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the contracts and how they are delivered. The right candidate will thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environment while keeping our candidates top of mind.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to move candidates through the international hiring process
  • Accurately and efficiently produce international hiring contracts in a timely manner
  • Own relationships with Pinterest’s Employment Law team and external counsel as it relates to international contracts and hiring abroad
  • Develop and improve international hiring processes that allow us to more effectively
  • Monitor the background check process, ensuring the check is initiated and successfully adjudicated prior to a candidates start date 
  • Maintain evidence that we are meeting our SOX control
