Recruiting Operations Specialist

About the Role
As our very first recruiting operations specialist, you will help manage and optimize both current and future recruiting systems and processes, and ensure best practices are in place to provide an innovative, first class candidate experience and quality support to the team. You will build and maintain all recruiting documentation and ensure standardization of processes across the recruiting team. This position is based in Pleasanton, CA and is not eligible for relocation. 

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). This role will be responsible for system improvements, day-to-day maintenance, continuous improvement and optimization of the tool
  • Partner with Productivity Engineering to help build new integrations or update system configurations as necessary
  • Provide ATS support by troubleshooting issues, auditing data, and recommending system or process improvements to better prepare the company for growth and scale
  • Oversee the meta-stages of our recruiting process, and workflow documentation.
  • Managing the engagement and optimization of various recruiting platforms and tools across the talent acquisition organization including Linkedin, scheduling tools, job boards etc.
  • Managing vendor relationships and researching new recruiting tools
  • Maintaining organization of and access to all recruiting team documentation

To be successful, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training/experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Operations, or related field in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a bias for action
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Extraordinary organizational and prioritization skills, and an eye for detail and process improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate and fanatical about customer service and customer empathy
