Due to our success and continued growth in the US, we’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco!

What you’ll be doing

  • Diary management with international, often senior, stakeholders
  • Room bookings
  • Meeting and greeting incoming candidates (both sourced and inbound)
  • Delivering candidate feedback
  • Some sourcing for candidates
  • Day-to-day usage and admin across all recruitment systems, ensuring candidate data is accurate
  • Attending stakeholder and feedback meetings with recruiters
  • Potential for supporting on contract creation and background checks
  • Supporting 2-3 recruiters’ processes at any one time
  • Booking travel for international candidates


  • Prior experience operating in a fast-paced, technology organization
  • Previously thrived in an environment with high volume recruitment needs
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to truly industry-leading talent
  • Experience liaising with with high-level executives internally
  • Strong knowledge of Greenhouse’s applicant tracking system is preferred
  • Administrative experience
  • Meticulous diary management
