CoachHub is looking for a Senior Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist. who is looking to make an impact in an award-winning, fast-growing company.

THE ROLE: reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA,  this is a newly-created, full-time, global role in our People team. We’re looking for someone who can work on a hybrid basis from our centrally-located Berlin office. Please note that only candidates with a valid EU work permit will be considered.

As CoachHub’s Senior Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and manage CoachHub’s employer brand and related channels (social media, career sites, PR etc), campaigns, creative content and projects related to talent attraction and candidate experience;
  • Collaborate closely with our regional Talent Acquisition teams (EMEA, AMER, APAC) to define regional and departmental talent attraction strategies that support our hiring targets and effectively engage diverse talent in key markets;
  • Own our recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns, from strategy to execution; growing awareness of our employer brand, driving qualified applicants to open jobs through traditional and non-traditional avenues, and leveraging internal ambassadors to showcase our culture; 
  • Define and shape our content strategy by identifying and leveraging the best channels to reach our global audience, creating stand-out content (landing pages, social media, video, etc), testing and iterating our approach to meet evolving needs;
  • Monitor, analyse and report on our campaign metrics, KPIs and online reviews, supporting our global People team in defining corresponding priorities;
  • Collaborate with our marketing teams to develop global creative assets for various job platforms and marketing channels.

You’re our ideal candidate if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in marketing (content, brand, performance, social media or other related function), with at least 2 years in a recruitment marketing and/or employer branding role;
  • You have experience delivering brand awareness and talent attraction campaigns across multiple channels and regions, in a fast-paced, multicultural environment;
  • You possess a solid understanding of the talent landscape, employer branding KPIs and best practices, and topics such EVP activation, candidate personas, social media user behaviour and candidate experience;
  • You have an inclusive mindset and a passion for encouraging diverse voices and perspectives;
  • You’re a creative powerhouse who loves to bring new ideas to life; and an excellent copywriter with native-level English skills who understands the power of transmitting a brand’s personality to its target audience;
  • You have strong capabilities for capturing, measuring and analysing relevant data to evaluate performance and make informed conclusions and recommendations;
  • Your working style is structured, solution-oriented, organised and agile - you excel at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders;
  • You’re a self-motivated individual who loves collaborating with others and is comfortable in the face of shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
