Recruitment Marketing manager

Job location: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Canada.

About the team

As our Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for elevating the Kinaxis brand as an employer of choice in a competitive market and developing global and regional marketing campaigns to attract and retain talent.

As a member of the Demand Generation group in Marketing, you will collaborate and establish strong relationships across HR, DEI, Influencer Relations, Employee Communications, Corporate Marketing and external vendors on employer branding and recruiting requirements.

You will have an established track record working cross-functionally within a business-to-business environment to execute multiple campaigns at once. You will tie strategy to execution by translating program requirements and goals into operational plans, while maintaining a close eye on results.

What you will do

  • Develop marketing campaigns to elevate the Kinaxis employer brand globally using an integrated approach across a variety of digital and non-digital platforms
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns from high-level ideation to execution
  • Grow brand affinity of #KinaxisLife across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to amplify our corporate culture
  • Help qualify and support employer branding events
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure timely execution on all campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with subject matter experts within the organization to align on go-to-market approaches
  • Evaluate existing and emerging media/event opportunities, and bring forward optimization recommendations
  • Work successfully across in-house team, key media, and agency teams to execute end-to-end marketing plans
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness to drive expected KPIs
  • Recommend new ideas and approaches to innovate and expand our employer footprint

What we are looking for

  • Proficient in English
  • 5-7 years business-to-business marketing experience with proven track record of executing digital marketing strategies  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Studies, Business Administration or related field
  • Media expertise: 3+ years of media planning and management experience - advanced understanding of various digital media vehicles and channels, and is comfortable with project and budget management 
  • Recruitment marketing experience with an understanding of the recruiting process
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, balancing short and long term needs and implications
  • A passion for authentic storytelling when building creative and engaging campaigns
  • Effective communicator – able to leverage verbal and visual communication to drive action across all levels in the organization
  • You are comfortable with change and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Pay acute attention to detail and strive for quality
  • A balance of strategic and tactical, hands-on marketing mindedness
  • The analytical skills and interest to track and monitor campaigns, plus a curious and creative mind to engage and capture the market’s attention
  • Collaborative attitude and cross-functional communication skills
  • Possess a valid passport and willingness to travel globally as required
  • Experience with using Greenhouse, Eloqua, Wrike, 6Sense and Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
