Regional EMEA Office Manager/Employee Experience

As the Regional EMEA Office Manager you will act as the primary person responsible for ensuring that the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently across our Dublin, London and Munich offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the smiling face that greets and directs all people who visit the office and acts as a hub of information for employees.
  • Provide a work environment that is inspiring, productive, welcoming and uniquely Twilio.
  • Manage all day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, furniture procurement, moves/adds/changes, food services, shipping/receiving, mail, janitorial services, reception, company events planning, ticketing response, and perks (massage, wellness, ergo, etc.).
  • Maintain inventory records of fixed assets and supplies at various locations.
  • Source, maintain and update vendor contact information and vendor contracts/proposals.
  • Update and maintain Facilities tracking spreadsheets, calendars, floor maps, etc.
  • Act as cross-functional support for local EMEA teams.
  • Manage and cultivate multiple facilities and vendor relationships.
  • Drive exceptional employee and guest experiences.
  • Basic IT equipment troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with and provide local support for a variety of San Francisco office functions (Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Security, IT, etc.).
  • Organize both team and company local events across EMEA.

Requirements:

  • A powerful understanding of what it means to create a great employee experience and a passion to make it happen across regional offices.
  • 5+ years as facilities/office manager or related field experience.
  • Experience scaling office operations up to developing new space.
  • Proactive work style and sense of ownership is a must.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and extremely reliable.
  • A demonstrated ability to  support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience exercising discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Minimum of one week travel per month to other EMEA locations.
