As Jackpocket’s Regional Operations Manager, you will manage multiple operational locations across several markets. You will directly manage people managers across locales and provide strategic oversight for all operational functions. Your core responsibilities will include driving process improvements, developing standard operating procedures and implementing best practices across multiple locations to ensure all staff are knowledgeable and motivated. You’ll also partner directly with executive leadership and own expansion strategies for new markets, products, and technologies. This role will require travel throughout the Western US up to 50% of the time.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000
