Job Summary: Your role as a Regional Sales Manager will be prospecting, introducing, and selling PuzzleHR solutions to new clients, along with managing existing client accounts and identifying upselling opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing a referral network consisting of benefits brokers, payroll providers, CPA’s and other centers of influence that will trust and choose to partner with PuzzleHR. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be representing the company brand to potential and existing clients, as well as, the business community. The role is performance-based: the more deals you close, the more money you can make, with no cap!

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Senior Executives to establish Company / Regional Sales goals
  • Be a thought leader for a growing startup
  • Forecast, hit or exceed personal and team revenue goals
  • Meet client needs and manage account for upsell opportunities
  • Represent and lead our company brand, mission values and culture
  • Develop a regional network that will refer sales opportunities
  • Participate in regional networking and association groups to develop business opportunities
  • Follow sales cycle while presenting Puzzle’s HR services
  • Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the phone, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs as necessary and assisting the team in prospecting efforts
  • Projecting a positive image in representing the company brand to clients and the business community
  • Keeping abreast of all things related to Human Resources that will be used in your consultative sale

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Five years of recent direct sales experience
  • Proven experience in the consultative sales process
  • Human Resources, Payroll, Fractional CEO or CFO, ASO/PEO, Employee Benefits knowledge preferred
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Established centers of influence or network preferred
  • Creative problem-solving skill
