Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates
  • Build and cultivate relationships for a stellar sales pipeline
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the WeWork offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Understand the target companies’ business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate WeWork’s value proposition at the executive level
  • Maintains sales by keeping current with building occupancies, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors in mind
  • Highly target driven with a strong ability to manage, nurture a stellar sales team to scale business
  • Experience managing a quota carrying team in a fast-paced, high growth selling environment
  • Collaborate with the Product team to provide inputs on layout, design and construction of spaces that are optimized for members
  • Fostering collaboration across other teams  
  • Lead a team of Sales professionals in day to day activity including building tours, sales forecasting, pipeline management to ensure member satisfaction
  • Motivate, assist and coach team members to drive them towards achieving their goals


 Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters or an equivalent degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of core sales experience
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, with a history of achieving scalable targets
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment across Hospitality, Product, SaaS or Real Estate
  • Experience working in a startup a plus
  • Proven success leading a Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers
  • Proven track record of working in a high-growth, fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards, and highly focused on analytics and processes
  • Strong executive presence - experience and comfort level working with C-level and executives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively on cross-functional teams
