Your role:

Our newly created travel advisory team is based in our beautiful offices in Düsseldorf and is staffed daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on a shift system. The position is initially office-based for fast training and will evolve into a hybrid role over time, where you will work in the office for 3 days and from home for 2 days in a home office.

The position of Travel Advisor (Sales Executive) at weloveholidays involves handling inbound leads from existing or new customers. Cold calling is not required.

You will bring your experience, knowledge, and passion for the travel industry to provide our customers with a great travel experience. We offer you a fantastic working environment and excellent earning potential.

Perhaps you are currently working in retail, tourism or hospitality with customer contact, or have a background in travel sales or customer service. If you have a passion for sales and travel, we look forward to hearing from you!

Your daily tasks and what you should bring:

  • You handle inbound leads from existing or new customers that we receive through our marketing campaigns and convert them into bookings - no cold calling!
  • You ensure a first-class booking experience for our weloveholidays customers
  • Your knowledge and passion for destinations enable you to provide credible and authentic advice to potential customers
  • You work towards and exceed your sales goals - what you invest, you also get back!
  • You represent weloveholidays, serving as a brand ambassador and a trusted and credible source of information for our customers
  • You work closely with the German travel advisory team in Germany and report directly to the "Offline Sales" department at our headquarters in London
  • Basic salary + performance bonus of up to €42,750 annual salary (capped)

Your skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
  • You have a great passion for the travel industry
  • You are confident in your ability to convert leads into sales and exceed your sales goals
  • You are a people-person: you love talking to people from all walks of life and helping them find their perfect vacation
  • Excellent communication skills: building customer relationships and resolving customer inquiries are your passion, the thrill of sales keeps you going, and earning money is something you enjoy? Then we look forward to your application!
  • You work independently, are motivated and enthusiastic - you can treat this role like your own business within the company
  • You are flexible with your working hours: to accommodate our customers, you also work evenings and weekends - we are there for our customers when they need us
