Primary Objective: As a Relationship Manager (RM), you will be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with the largest staffing franchise organizations in North America.   • Within the first month, learn the entire suite of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (including marketing/branding offerings), how they are used by our customers and be able to make compelling recommendations for additional investments in LinkedIn. In addition, have an opinion on other systems used by our customers and how we integrate with them
  • Within the first month, build both territory and account plans
  • Build strong relationships across your team and agree on the business priorities
  • Within the first 3 months, establish a trusted relationship with your accounts by providing high quality customer engagement activities over telephone and e-mail
  • On a weekly basis, plan out your activities/meetings to ensure you are focused on your largest opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals and work as a member of the virtual team for larger opportunities
  • Manage inbound requests from the clients and coordinate with your team before proactively prospecting for new business in the existing clients and their subsidiaries
  • Proactively grow the account off-cycle by selling new solutions and add-ons. With each new opportunity, conduct detailed discovery and needs analysis with both decision makers and end users to recommend the right LinkedIn solutions
  • Build custom presentations and demonstrations based upon unique customer needs
  • Be open, collaborative and customer-focused in all communications and transactions with colleagues and clients
  • Negotiate and close all orders with the larger LinkedIn investment in mind and provide post-contract support to ensure product delivery and satisfaction
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with your team to keep them up to speed on new opportunities within their accounts is critical
  • Share your successful selling strategies and lessons learned with your teamUse every day for tracking activities and most importantly, forecasting

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in quota carrying roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of closing both new business as well as managing existing account
  • Experience and success selling in both individual and team sale environments
  • Extensive experience selling to EVPs, CXOs and end-users in the same sales cycle
  • Proven ability to generate a plan to ensure deep penetration into global accounts
  • Success in selling a brand new, disruptive technology
  • BA/BS/MBA preferred
