Remote Customer Service - Email & Moderation Support (3926)

ModSquad has partnered with a popular mobile games developer. This company develops games with thoughtful, compelling stories and their goal is to create joyful experiences that awaken players' desire to see what happens next.
This a fully remote opportunity and as a member of this team, you will respond to customer inquiries via emails and moderate content via Facebook.
Hours of Operation:
24/7, including all holidays.
Especially seeking those who are available early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Commitment:
10 hours per week
90 days (as needed)
What We Are Looking For?
- Candidates that have significant previous CS and Moderation experience.
- Candidates that have the ability to retain a lot of information about different games
- Candidates with access to a recent iOS or Android device (even better if you have both!)
- Candidates that have game backend tool experience (not required, but appreciated)
- Candidates who are willing to create a Facebook account to use for work.
Workspace Requirements
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above and at least 8GB of RAM.
- A stable broadband internet connection.
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and two-factor authentication app on your mobile device.
- Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures.
***IMPORTANT***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct (punctuation, capitalization, spelling, correct tense usage) and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
