 Opportunity Overview 

TuSimple is looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiting Operations Coordinator to lead daily operations for the Research & Development.(R&D) recruiting team. R&D is a team of pioneers who are paving the way for Artificial Intelligence in the autonomous vehicle space.

The mission of this role is to provide both the candidates and hiring managers the best possible experience.   Recruiting Operations will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of service.  Tasks will include working heavily with HRIS and Recruiting Systems, scheduling code reviews & interviews, reviewing applicants with the executive committee, co-leading candidate hiring debrief meetings, advising hiring teams on new operations and transformations, participating and leading special projects, and other recruiting coordination/operations tasks as required.  


  • Small and large project coordination and project management for HR and Recruiting department objectives. 
  • Provides full life cycle technical and operational support to recruiters including but not limited to scheduling interviews, greeting and hosting onsite candidates, hosting recruiting events and info sessions, managing travel for candidates, and overall ensuring a positive, warm, and attractive candidate experience
  • Learn to sources and pre-screens candidates for operations and technical roles
  • Serves as a dependable contact to candidates who have questions or concerns and is able to direct them to the appropriate parties for assistance
  • Ensures information is updated, and accurately reflected in team spreadsheets and Talent Acquisition system
  • Maintains composure and confidentiality required to handle all HR activities


  • BS in Computer Science, Math, or any STEM preferred. 
  • Highly Dependable and accurate with a high attention to detail. 
  • 1-2+ Years of Recruiting Coordination Experience in either corporate or agency setting 
  • Strong understanding for software and systems. 
  • Disposition for organization, critical thinking, problem solving and independent work. 
  • Excellent understanding working with software and systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail.  
  • MS-Office or G-Suite experience required (we're on G-Suite).
  • A desire to learn and grow in an ever-changing environment. 
  • Good to have Greenhouse ATS experience.
