 Replenishment Manager 

The Replenishment Manager is responsible for managing and analyzing data and discovering insights in order to build fact-based recommendations that lead to increased sales and improved in-stock conditions for our SKU portfolio for Walmart Cookies & Crackers and Sam’s Club. This person will effectively manage daily replenishment processes by working closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Customer Replenishment. This position reports to the Director of Sales and offices at our Bentonville, AR location.

Your Seat at the Table

  • Responsible for using replenishment processes and tools to optimize orders to achieve inventory goals in line with company’s objectives.
  • Track replenishment metrics with weekly reports. Complete data and trend analysis to identify actionable insights.
  • Key point of contact for Walmart & Sam’s Club Replenishment Managers for all replenishment issues. Partner with customer to effectively manage replenishment issues and achieve target KPI.
  • Ensure every item is traited correctly and ordering accurately by maintaining integrity of item data through ordering systems.
  • Effectively manage replenishment for all new item launches, item transitions and exits.
  • Address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Review sales history, seasonality, customer forecasts, and current trends to develop item-level unit forecasts that align with business financial targets and inventory goals.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy as well as SKU productivity
  • Manage OTIF through accurate forecasting and PO accountability corrections.
  • Manage SQEP by driving awareness and leading organizational change by aligning on customer standards.
  • Provide guidance and insights into deduction management.
  • Ensure internal and external system alignment on item pricing.
  • Ensure accurate PO Pricing and correct as needed via PO Discrepancy forms
  • Review monthly Nielsen reports for trends and insights
  • Work with Walmart Transportation as needed to provide insights that drive Service improvements.
  • Run ad hoc reports to uncover actional insights to help achieve the business objectives.
  • Deliver samples to CIC and/or Walmart as needed.

What You  Bring to the Table 

  • 3+ years Replenishment or Sales Analyst experience
  • Proficient in Walmart & Sam’s Club systems
    • Retail Link, OIF, Madrid, NOVA, etc.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Syndicated data systems (AC Nielsen or IRI)
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear reports with actional insights, particularly in forecasting and planning models
  • Proven ability to consistently want to learn and to know
  • Must be organized and have strong communication and follow up skills
  • Must possess confidence and willing to deal with challenges and new tasks
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency in daily task
  • Must have a keen sense of self awareness and impact on others
