At Alector, our mission is to develop therapies that empower the immune system to cure neurodegeneration. Our team is solely focused on developing cures for some of the most challenging diseases facing our society. We are supported in this mission by experienced and accomplished scientists and board members, leading healthcare investors and some of the most innovative pharma companies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following skills:

  • Sterile/aseptic techniques
  • Perform cloning by various methods, DNA mini-, maxi- and mega- prepping procedures and DNA purification techniques
  • Familiarity with DNA analysis software such as Snapgene, Benchling or equivalent, along with proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Mammalian Cell Culture techniques
  • Manage material inventory of Molecular and Cell Culture Activities
  • Compile, process and analyze data; record research procedures and results; file and maintains records


  • 1-3 years industry experience required
  • BS in Biological Sciences
